  2. 2cucumbers thinly sliced
  3. to tasteSalt and pepper
  4. 1/2 tspchat masala
  5. For garnish-
  6. as requiredPomegranate kernels
  7. 1/2onion cut in zigzag shape
  8. 1/2tomato cut in zigzag shape

    First of wash and clean the vegetables. Cut onion and tomato in zigzag shape for garnish.

    Now slice the beetroot and cucumber. Arrange the slices overlapping one another. And roll the slices and prick toothpicks at the bottom for support. Arrange the flowers on the plate. And garnish with tomato and onion zigzag cut, in the middle. Sprinkle salt and pepper and chat masala. Garnish with pomegranate kernels from the sides.
