Ingredients

  1. 1thinly sliced peeled cucumbers
  2. 1thinly sliced red onion
  3. 4 tbsp sour cream or. 2tbls+2tbls mayonnaise
  4. 1tbsp white vinegar
  5. 1 tbspfresh dill
  6. 1 tbsp.granulated sugar
  7. 1/2 tsp salt
  8. 1/4 tsp garlic powder

Steps

  1. 1

    In a medium mixing bowl stir together sour cream, vinegar, dill, sugar, salt, and garlic powder.

    Add cucumbers and red onion; toss to coat.
