Ingredients

  1. 1 bowlgramflour or besan
  2. 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  3. 1/4 tspcumin powder
  4. 1/4 tspred chilli powder
  5. to tasteSalt
  6. 1 tspfresh garlic&chilli crushed
  7. 1 pinchasafoetida(hing)
  8. as required Oil for frying

Cooking Instructions

    Take big bowl add besan.

  2. 2

    Now add all the spices in besan. And add water slowly.

    Prepared a batter of thick consistency.

  4. 4

    Take a kadhai put oil. Keep ready for friying.

  5. 5

    Now take one onion ring and dip nicely in batter then put in hot oil

  6. 6

    Fry till it turns nice golden brown and crisp from both side. Serve hot.
