  2. beer batter
  3. 120 gramsflour
  4. 1/2 canchilled beer
  5. seasoning
  6. dashgarlic powder
  7. dashsalt and pepper

    cut onion into ring

  2. 2

    mix beer onto flour till almost runny optional additional add on seadoning

  3. 3

    deep onion onto batter and lift it with a chopstick to dip off excess batter

    deep fry till lightly brown and crispy
