500grm-Dates
  1. 100 gmsKaju
  2. 100 gmsBadam
  3. 100 gmspistachios
  4. 5 gmskhuskhus
  5. 1/2 cupGrated Coconut
  6. 2 tspGhee

Cooking Instructions

    Take dates and grate it in a fine paste. The next step is to grate coconut.

    Take a pan add ghee, heat it add badam, kaju, pista fry it well. Later fry kuskus in an another. Then fry ground dates. While dates are drying add dry fruit, coconut and mix it.

    After frying the mixture of dates, let it cool down. When it becomes a little warm, then make a peda of dates. Roll it on khuskhus. Serve it cool.
