Ingredients

  1. 1 cupwheat flour
  2. 1 cupsugar
  3. 2 pinchessalt
  4. as neededWater
  5. 1/2 cupmilk
  6. 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
  7. 1 tbspfennel seeds(sauf)

Cooking Instructions

    Mix wheat flour,water, fennel seeds,salt,milk and sugar.

    Make a smooth batter make sure that no lumps should be there.

  3. 3

    Rest the batter for 10 minutes so that everything should be mixed properly

  4. 4

    Heat up a nonstick tava pour 2-3 ladles of batter on it spread equally and drop few drops of oil on the malpua

  5. 5

    Flip it carefully again sprinkle some oil on it. Cook until crispy
