Ingredients

  2. 2 cupcurd
  3. As neededWater
  4. To tasteSalt
  5. 1 spoonfruit salt
  6. 1/2 spoonbaking soda
  7. 1/2 spoonbaking powder

Cooking Instructions

    Soaked the suji in curd for ten minutes then mixed with water to form idli batter with salt

  2. 2

    Then heated the steamer and greased the katori with oil and kept stand in the steamer

  3. 3

    Then add fruit salt and baking soda in the batter and with a spoon of water store in one side till it looks fluffy then put a service spoon of batter in greased katori and cook for fifteen minutes in low flame first time I made suji idli

  4. 4

    Serve hot.
