Ingredients

  1. 250 gramsPaneer
  2. 2onions
  3. 1Capsicum
  4. 4Green Chillies
  5. 1 tspGinger garlic paste
  6. 2 tspSoya sauce
  7. 3 tspRed chilli sauce
  8. 1 tspTomato sauce
  9. 1 tbspCorn flour
  10. 1/2 tspRed chilli powder
  11. As required Oil for frying
  12. As per taste Salt

Cooking Instructions

    Mix cornflour, a pinch of salt and red chilli powder in a bowl. Add paneer cubes to it and coat them well.

    Deep fry the coated paneer in hot oil on high flame till they turn slightly golden brown.

    In a pan heat 1 tbsp of oil, add ginger garlic paste, finely chopped green chillies, diced onions and diced capsicum. Saute for around 2-3 min, do not overcook.

    Now add all the sauces to it and mix well. Add the fried paneer and cook for a minute.

    Chilli Paneer is ready to be served!
