Ingredients

  1. 1 cuphung curd
  2. 1/2 cuppaneer
  3. 1/4 cupfinely chopped capsicum
  4. 1/4 cupgrated carrot
  5. 1/3 cupfinely chopped onion
  6. 1 tsporegano
  7. 1/2 tspchilli flakes
  8. 8bread slices
  9. to tasteSalt
  10. Oil for frying
  11. 2 tbsmaida
  12. 2 tbspbread crumbs
  13. 2green chillies chopped

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    First mix,hung curd, paneer, capsicum, carrot, onion, in a bowl. Add salt,oregano and Chilli flakes.

    Take slice of bread. Cut off the sides and dip in water. Squeeze out the extra water. Add the filling.

    Close and seal it properly. Make a flour batter. Dip it in the batter. Roll it in bread crumbs. Remove the extra crumbs.

    Drop it in hot oil. Fry it on high heat until golden brown. Crispy bread roll is ready.
