Cooking Instructions

In a bowl add all the ingrediants one by one except oil and mix well to make a dough

Samp your palm and make small balls from the dough

Gently press to flatten, then slowly create a hole in the centre

Prepare all in the same way

Heat oil in a kadai and deep fry the vadas on medium flame
- 6
Fry on both sides till they turn golden brown
- 7
Remove from oil and serve hot
