Soft and Chewy Cookies
#2020favUnderbaked Cookies are often the Softest one's. For these classic Cookies, the main important thing to remember is the use of Brown Sugar. Along with that using a little Cornflour adds to the softness as well as the thickness. And also remember not to use Chocolate Chips. Instead of them, use large chinks of either Dark Chocolate or Semi Sweet Chocolate. With these little tweaks, you will be able to bake best ecer Cookies. And do not over bake them. 10-12 minutes are the maximum. Therefore these are the Softest and Chewy Cookies ever with big chunks of Chocolate in them baked to perfection at home sweet home. These are usually done in only 10 minutes flat but try to keep a watch because every oven is different. And you are all ready to feast on a lovely looking melt in mouth Cookies with lots of Chocolate. And the best part is that they are done so easily. Therefore these can be whipped up anytime of the day for the simplest of the reasons and relish them with your loved ones and friends. Also these are amazing with a mug of Hot Chocolate and Cappuccino both. A perfect tea-time treat for the entire family. Happy Baking with Zee!

Dark Chocolate and Vanilla Soft Cookies
#cookpadindiaThese gorgeous looking Baked Vanilla Cookies are to die for. What I have done here is that I had used 50% Dark Chocolate Chunks from Amul directly on them without using any shavings of it or adding them to the centre and then covering up. If desired, you can add some pieces of the Dark Chocolate in the Cookie dough. I have done the same. But again, it's optional. You needn't do that. These Cookies not only look so tempting but also tastes much more awesome too. And not only that, they are pretty much easier to whip up. You will end up in getting a great bunch of these goodies for Snacking up either at a kitty party or family get togethers or for that matter, even picnics and outings. They will just melt in your mouth and the Dark Chocolate chunks perfectly balances the sweet Cookies. However Sugar can be added according to one's own choice and preference. I prefer it a bit less. You can add one and a half cup of it if you want overly sweeter Cookies.Happy Baking with Zee!

Homemade Chapatis
#cookpadindia#everydaycooking#easyAn everyday easy to do soft and well roasted Rotis or Chapatis for breakfast. However these can be made for Lunch or Dinner too. Extremely soft and supple. Healthy and wholesome too. And making these for meals is almost a daily routine. And it's made in every Indian home. Some like it simple without Oil or Ghee. Some like it with a generous brush of Oil while others want a lot of Ghee both in the dough while kneading it as well while roasting them. These are Rotis with a little bit of Oil that are made on a everyday basis in my house. And sometimes we relish these with a generous dollop of Ghee also especially on weekends or when we have a family get together.Happy Cooking with Zeen!

Maida Rotis
#cookpadindia#bread#everydaycookingMaida Rotis or Chapatis are made just like the normal one's with Wheat Flour. These are soft and supple and make for a delicious meal as well. These are a perfect choice for Breakfast or any other meal of the day.Once in a while, these are okay to try just for a lovely change from the routine Aata Chapatis. I usually serve it with a Non-Veg dish as it's really awesome. These can be a great Lunchbox or Tiffin box idea too. Any homemade Veg Curry also goes very well alongside it and I make Cumin Potatoes or any Paneer Curry with it for the Lunchbox.Super soft and melt in mouth Rotis or Chapatis are absolutely a treat to the tastebuds.Enjoy Cooking with Zeen!

Soft Roti/ Flat Bread or no yeast no oven Pita Bread
I love rotis made of whey water or buttermilk kneaded with flour. So here's a Pita bread with no yeast but made with baking soda and whey waterMy Granny in Nepali language used to call it Bhuke roti means something which is swollen up as the roti used to swell up and become soft, she sometimes used to make it with sourdough also because earlier yeast was not readily available as it is now.....but as later on we grew and started going places and internet started ....came to know almost the same kind of bread is called Pita bread somewhere else.#ilovecooking
