Apple Cake twisted garnishing with milkmaid and honey

Ingredients

  1. 2apples
  2. 1 cupwheat flour
  3. 1 cupmaida/All purpose flour
  4. 1 cupsugar powdered
  5. 1/2 cupmilk
  6. 1/2 cupbutter
  7. 1/2 tspbaking soda
  8. 1 tspbaking powder
  9. 1 tspcinnamon powder
  10. 1 tspvanilla essence (optional)
  11. 5-6 spoonmilkmaid
  12. As neededFruits for garnishing
  13. handfulDryfruits

Cooking Instructions

    Firstly seive all the dry ingredients.

    Peel and grate the apples.

  3. 3

    Take a pan add grated apples and powdered sugar. switch on the gas make a puree.

    Like this..... apple puree

    In between ready your cake pan grease and dust with butter and flour.

  6. 6

    Cut and dust your dryfruits.

  7. 7

    Mix all your wet ingredients, butter, milk, apple puree.

  8. 8

    Add all your dry ingredients in wet ingredients in batches....with cut and fold method. Give a good mix.

    Preheat oven on 180 degrees. Put your cake batter in cake tin with dryfruits.

    Now put your cake tin oven for 35 minutes.

    Your cake is ready..... serve with lots of fruits, dryfruits, honey, milkmaid. With lots of love.
