Ingredients

6-7 roti
  1. 1 cupWheat flour
  2. 1/2 cupMaida/All-purpose Flour
  3. 1 tspSugar
  4. 1/2 tspSalt
  5. as neededWater
  6. 3 tspOil
  7. as neededGhee

    To a bowl, add wheat flour, maida, sugar, salt,oil and mix is quickly

    Gradually add water and knead it until the dough in paliable

  3. 3

    Rub some oil on the sure and leave it for 30 minutes

  4. 4

    After 30 minutes roll the dough and start portioning it

  5. 5

    Take two dough balls and flatten it a little bit with hands

  6. 6

    Apply oil on top of each dough

  7. 7

    Place one over the other

  8. 8

    Dust it and start rolling make sour the roti is nice and thin

  9. 9

    Heat the tawa start toasting the roti

  10. 10

    Once the brown spots appear apply ghee on both sides and toast it

    Delicious soft dosti Roti ready

    This can be had with paneer curry or any gravy of your choice.
