  1. 250 gmpaneer
  2. 3onion
  3. 4tomato
  4. 3-4green chillies
  5. 1 tbspbutter
  6. 4tbsn oil
  7. 1/2tspn shahi jeera
  8. 1/2tspn Red chilli Powder
  9. 1/2tspn turmeric powder
  10. Salt as par taste
  11. 1/2tspn garam masala

    Take a pan and heat the butter and oil..

    Then add shahi jeera, add Chopped onion and fry for 2-3 min..add finnaly Chopped tomato and green chilli then again fry for 2-3 min..

    Add all the dry Spices in this masala at last add the crushed paneer in it..and then again fry together for 5 min...ready your paneer bhurji serve with bread or chapati..and onion salad..
