Take a pan and heat the butter and oil..

Then add shahi jeera, add Chopped onion and fry for 2-3 min..add finnaly Chopped tomato and green chilli then again fry for 2-3 min..

Add all the dry Spices in this masala at last add the crushed paneer in it..and then again fry together for 5 min...ready your paneer bhurji serve with bread or chapati..and onion salad..
