Ingredients

  1. 500 gramdessicated coconut
  2. 1 tincondensed milk
  3. 1/2 spooncardamom powder
  4. 2 spoonghee
  5. As neededdry fruits for garnishing

Cooking Instructions

    Heat a pan put dessicated coconut and saute for 5 minutes then add ghee and saute for 1-2 minutes.

    Now add condensed milk and cook. When it becomes thick mixture add cardamom powder.Mix well and switch off the flame.

    When coconut mixture lukewarm temperature make small size balls and keep aside.

  4. 4

    Coat the coconut laddoo with dessicated coconut and garnish with chopped pistachios and raisins.

    Enjoy delicious coconut laddoo.
