Ingredients

40 mins
4 servings
  1. 1/2 cupcurd
  2. 1/2 cupsugar
  3. 3/4 cupmaida
  4. 1/4 cupmilk powder
  5. 1/4 tspvanilla essence
  6. 1/4 cupcocoa powder
  7. 1 tspbaking soda
  8. 1/2 tspbaking powder
  9. 2 tbspnutella for serving
  10. 1/4 cupwater or milk

Cooking Instructions

40 mins
  1. 1

    First beat sugar and curd, now add baking soda and baking powder.

  2. 2

    Now add essense and mix, shift in flour, cocoa powder and milk powder, fold it.

  3. 3

    Now add water and mix, make lump free batter, pour it in greased tin and bake it in pre heated oven at 170 degree celcius for 35 minutes.

  4. 4

    Once it cooled down serve it with Nutella.
