Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 175°C. Grease and dust with flour a medium-sized loaf tin or a 9" diameter pan.

Combine dry ingredients by sifting together. Set side.

Cream butter on medium speed till smooth then add sugar gradually, beating till pale and fluffy (2-3mins). Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.

Add the Nutella and vanilla extract and just mix in. Now add half the flour mixture and half the milk and mix. Add the remaining halves and blend till smooth.

Pour into the prepared pan and bake for 45-50mins. or till a skewer inserted in comes out clean.

Option: frost with melted Nutella or just dust with icing sugar.
