Non Fried Cheese Balls with leftover bread

#Zing
In this lockdown, I generally prefer to order online. So was the case when I ordered bread. But to my surprise, I found most of the breads were crumpled in the packet!! I wished to prepare cheese Grill Sandwich for my birthday dinner. But due to the crumpled bread I had to change my plan. But this outcome was even more better than Grill Sandwich
Yes. I just crushed all the crumpled breads in a mixer to a fine powder, then added the vegetables that I was supposed to add in the grill sandwich like carrots, cabbage and corn. I also crushed all my vegetables to get a smooth ball for cheese ball. And offcourse cheese was the main attraction. And one more thing. I did not want to fry them as bread would soak all the more oil. So used appe pan that I had and cooked in that.

Cooking Instructions

Make a fine powder of bread in a mixer.
- 2
Add bread in the vegetables and mix well.
- 3
Add ginger green chilli paste, pepper powder and kitchen king masala to this. Mix well and bind it into a a dough. *No need to add water as water will released from the vegetables.
- 4
Keep it to rest for 5 to 10 minutes.
- 5
Meanwhile make a slurry of cornflour by adding 2 tbsp water to the cornflour. And in another bowl take semolina.
- 6
Now make small balls out of bread dough.
- 7
Make small balls of grated cheese. (smaller than the bread balls)

Now press the bread ball with your palm and place cheese ball in the center and again make the ball.
- 9
Keep all the balls ready.
- 10

Suji Corn Cheese Balls In Appe Pan (Non Fried) Suji Corn Cheese Balls In Appe Pan (Non Fried)
#GG#Appepan#CookpadIndia This is a desi version of American Corn Cheese balls sans the corn. Suji Corn Cheese Balls are a popular Indian snack made from semolina (suji) that are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. They are easy to prepare and can be enjoyed as an evening snack or as an appetizer. They are the perfect tea time snack. I have stuffed the Sooji balls with a mozzarella cheese mixture. The cheese mixture is enclosed in a Suji and rice flour jacket. The use of Suji has made the balls very light and crisp at the same time. A delicious snack with semolina and cheese and perfect healthy option for all age groups. Daxa Parmar -
