In this lockdown, I generally prefer to order online. So was the case when I ordered bread. But to my surprise, I found most of the breads were crumpled in the packet!! I wished to prepare cheese Grill Sandwich for my birthday dinner. But due to the crumpled bread I had to change my plan. But this outcome was even more better than Grill Sandwich
Yes. I just crushed all the crumpled breads in a mixer to a fine powder, then added the vegetables that I was supposed to add in the grill sandwich like carrots, cabbage and corn. I also crushed all my vegetables to get a smooth ball for cheese ball. And offcourse cheese was the main attraction. And one more thing. I did not want to fry them as bread would soak all the more oil. So used appe pan that I had and cooked in that.
