Firstly in a large mixing bowl,add all ingredients and make a soft dough, keep aside

Now pinch a ball size potato mixture and flatten slightly

Place a grated cheese in the centre

Get the edges together and stuff the cheese well

From a smooth ball

In a bowl add rice flour and water and mix them to get pouring consistency batter in a kadai

Heat oil in a kadai

Deep them in rice flour batter and then in bread crumbs

Deep fry coated cheese balls on a medium flame

Serve potato Beet Cheese balls hot with ketchup
