Ingredients

  1. 1tomato
  2. 1onion
  3. 1cucumber
  4. 1carrot
  5. 1purple cabbage
  6. As neededFew lettuce leaves (optional)
  7. 1/4 cuppineapple (optional)
  8. to tasteBlack salt
  9. as per tasteBlack pepper
  10. 1/2lemon juice

Cooking Instructions

    First wash well all the vegetables and Finely chop it

    Take a bowl add all chopped vegetables like tomato, onion, purple cabbage, cucumber, carrot.Also add chopped pineapple (Have also used 1 fruit.Its optional)Mix it all well.

    Add salt,pepper, and lemon juice. Cover it and Toss it,so that all mix properly.

  4. 4

    Now take a serving bowl arrange lettuce leaves all over and add the salad.Garnished with few pineapple slices(optional)
