  2. 2tspoon spinach leaves
  3. 1tspoon coriander leaves
  4. 2 tablespoongrated coconut
  5. to tasteSalt
  6. 1tspoon lemon juice
  7. 2-3green chillies (spicy)
  8. 1tspoon roasted peanuts

    Grate carrots in bowl,chop spinach leaves and coriander leaves

    Mix grated carrot, grated coconut, chopped coriander leaves and spinach leaves.add salt and lemon juice, roasted peanuts. Mix well and serve.in this lockdown it's y better option for dinner.tastes yum without oil.very healthy
