Cooking Instructions

Cut paneer in cubes and deep fry them in hot oil and immediately dip in cold water.

Heat oil and add whole species as mentioned above. Add finely chopped onions and saute well. Cook until they are translucent. Then finely chopped tomatoes. Let them cook together for a while. Add dry red chillies, cashew nuts, melon seeds

Add red chilli powder, salt, turmeric and Coriander powder. Green chilli and add water cover and cook for 5 to 10 minutes. Let it cool down on room temperature and grind them into a smooth paste.

Heat butter and add ginger julliens to it. Saute for a while and add the ground gravy. Saute for a while.

Add sugar and garam masala. Fresh cream and kasuri methi. Add paneer cubes and grated paneer too.

Add Coriander leaves and mix well. Serve hot adding some butter and cream in serving bowl.
