Ingredients

  1. 200 glarge tomatoes
  2. 150 gsmall tomatoes
  3. 2large shallots
  4. 5 clovesgarlic
  5. 150 gcarrots
  6. 2 tablespoonsolive oil
  7. 5 cupsbroth
  8. 1/2 cupdouble cream or regular cream
  9. 2 tablespoonsketchup

Cooking Instructions

    Add oil and sauté the shallots until cooked. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant. Add carrots and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
