Cooking Instructions

Add oil and sauté the shallots until cooked. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant. Add carrots and sauté for 2-3 minutes.

Add tomatoes and sauté until fragrant for 2-3 minutes. Add broth and 1 teaspoon salt.

Boil until the carrots are soft. Add ketchup.

Blend until smooth. Boil again and add cream. Season with salt and sugar. If you're worried about calories, you can use unsweetened almond milk.
