Ingredients

  1. 250 gramstomatoes
  2. 100 gramsPoha
  3. 1/2 tsp garlic and red chilli paste
  4. 1 teaspoonjaggery
  5. 1 teaspoondhania jeera(corinader cumin) powder
  6. 2 tspFinely chopped coriander leaves
  7. to tasteSalt

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    First soak poha now add dhaniya jeera powder,coriander leaves, salt, jaggery and red chilli and garlic paste to it and mixed properly.

    Make for Criss cross on tomatoes and stuff disturbing let it cool in the refrigerator serve
