Ingredients

  • 10-12karela (bitter gourd)
  • 5 tspoil for frying
  • 4 tspdhania,jeera/ cumin coriander powder,garam masala powder
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • to tastesalt
  • 1/2 tsphaldi / turmeric powder
  • 4 tspcrushed peanuts
  • 1 tspgreen chilli,ginger and garlic paste
  • 2-3 tspwater

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and peel the karelas.

  2. 2

    Now make a vertical cut on a side and remove all the seeds.

  3. 3

    Now boiled karelas.

  4. 4

    In a bowl mix ginger and garlic paste,crushed peanuts and all dry masalas.Add 2tsp water.Mix it well.Now stuffing is ready.

  5. 5

    Stuff this inside the karela generously..

  6. 6

    In a pan3to 4tsp oil and add stuffed karela.

  7. 7

    Cover it and cook for10 min low flame.Karela sabji is ready for serve.
