Ingredients

15-20 mins
4 people
  1. 1&1/2 cup leftover rice
  2. Curd preparation
  3. 1 1/2 cup Curd (or according to quantity of rice)
  4. as per tasteSalt
  5. 1/2 tsp- Jeera powder
  6. 1/2 tsp- red chilli powder
  7. 1/4 tsp- black pepper
  8. leavesSome crushed pudina
  9. Tadka
  10. as requiredOil
  11. 1/2 tsp- rai
  12. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  13. 2 tsp- dhania powder
  14. 1/4 tsp- garam masala
  15. 5-6curry leaves(kadhi pata)
  16. 1-2 tspgrated ginger
  17. 1/2 tsphing

Cooking Instructions

15-20 mins
  1. 1

    First in a bowl take curd just as same quantity as that of rice.

  2. 2

    Whisk the dahi well add a little water if dahi looks too thick.

  3. 3

    Now to that add salt, jeera powder, red chilli powder, black pepper and pudina and mix that well

  4. 4

    For tadka in a frying pan take some oil and heat it on medium flame

  5. 5

    To that add rai let that pop and then add hing

  6. 6

    Now add red chilli powder, dhania powder and garam masala and add curry leaves and ginger

  7. 7

    Now add the tadka to the curd.mix the curd well

  8. 8

    Now take all of your leftover rice and put the curd mixture into the rice

  9. 9

    Garnish with some coriander.

  10. 10

    Amazing curd rice is readyyy
