Cooking Instructions

Firstly take a bunch of Coriander leaves was for normal water and chopped all the bunch of Coriander leaves.

Take a big plate or parat add chopped coriander leaves and all the spices one by one green chillies ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin seeds, roasted crushed peanuts, seasome seeds, ajwain, asafoetida, rice flour, ginger garlic paste band salt as per taste mix well make a dough.

Then add besan (gram flour) and for Mohan add big spoon oil, very little bit water make a very soft dough Grease the steaming 2 plate with oil and keep a side.

Cover the dough for 10 minutes, after that open the lid make a 2 parts of dough and pour the dough 2 plates, press the dough both plate with hand.

Sprinkles in the top of plates some seasome seeds and Coconut powder, put the both plate in the steamer.

Cover the lid and steam on medium flame about 15 to 20 minutes. After 20 minutes open the lid and take it out both the plates from the steamer and let it cool, after that cut into small pieces.

Separate all the pieces heat the kadhai pour 7 to 8 tbsp oil if oil is hot fry the Vadi pieces til crispy from both the sides deep fried.

Remove the spicy besan kothimbir vadi in a kitchen tissue serve hot.
