Ingredients

  1. For Pie Crust
  2. 10-12digestive biscuits
  3. 4-5 tbspMelted Butter
  4. Caramel / Toffee Sauce
  5. 1/2 CupGranulated Sugar
  6. 1/4 CupSalted Butter
  7. 1/2 CupAmul fresh Cream
  8. 2 tbspwater if sauce is too thick
  9. as requiredSliced Bananas
  10. Whipp Topping
  11. 150 mlDouble Cream/ diary whipping Cream (you can use non diary too)
  12. 2 tbspIcing Sugar
  13. 1/4 tspVanilla extract

Cooking Instructions

    Take biscuits and grind them in food processor for crust.

  2. 2

    Now add melted butter and mix thoroughly until rough shape is formed at this step stop adding butter.

    Now take loose bottom pie mould and grease it with butter.

  4. 4

    Spread the biscuit butter mix in mould and form a uniform layer with back of the glass.

    For jar directly add 2 to 3 tbsp in them and form a layer.

    Let it set in refrigerator for 15 20 mins.

    For sauce take a pan add sugar and spread evenly.

  8. 8

    Now cook this sugar on high to med flame until it is fully melted and amber colour is developed. Do not put spatula inside pan to mix sugar it will stick to spatula at this stage, just swirl your pan to mix.

    Once light golden or amber colour is developed add butter and switch off the flame and mix continuosly until everything is mixed properly.

    Then put the flame on slow and add fresh cream in parts and mix vigrously. Everything should be properly mixed. You have to stirr continuosly.

    Cook for 2 to 3 mins until everything is combined and sauce starts to leave the sides of pan.

    Pour this in another container and let it cool. It will become thick as it cools.

    Once the sauce is cooled add 1/2 tsp vanilla extract in itand mix properly.

    Slice some bananas.

    Pour cream in a container which is previously chilled add icing sugar and beat until med peaks are formed.

    Now add sauce in pie crust.

    Arrange some sliced bananas and topp it with whipped cream.

    For jars continue in a same way.

    At last top these with dust of cocoa powder and shredded chocolate.
