Ingredients

  1. 1 bunchSarson
  2. 1/2 bunchSpinach
  3. 50 gmGram flour
  4. as per tasteSalt
  5. 5-6Green chilli
  6. as per tasteRed chilli powder
  7. 250 gmchopped onion
  8. 200 gmchopped tomato
  9. as requiredGinger
  10. as requiredGarlic
  11. 200 gmMethi

Cooking Instructions

    First of all wash sarson,Spinach and methi.Now cut them as shown in the pik.

    Now put them in cooker,add 1 glass water add green chillies,salt and garlic cloves.after 1/2 hour close the lid of cooker and wait for 10-11 whistles.

    After near about 45 minutes switch off gas and after releasing the steam open cooker and mash saag with hand grinder with the help of water and gram flour.

    Now add fried onion tomato tadka in the saag.

    Now our delicious 😋 Sarson ka saag is ready.Serve it with Makki ki roti.
