Fort heat the ghee fry the edible gum then fry all dry fruits walnuts almond cashew pistachio figs only 50-60 seconds now strain the ghee and put dates and soute for 5 -7 minutes.

Now add 1/2 cup milk and cook until dates becomes soft and meshy after that add coconut and mix well after 2 minutes add all dry fruits and poppy seeds and mix well.

Now mixture is ready take small portion of mixture and make all the laddoo and coat with some dessicated coconut.

We all make whole wheat flour + jaggery laddu/unde isn’t it ? But this time I made some changes for obtaining sweetness in that laddu and also used walnut in place of cashew nuts. I have used less quantity of jaggery than we always use and in addition I have used dates syrup to get that sweeter unde/laddu. It was too yummy, tasted different and awesome.
