Cooking Instructions

At least for 1 hour, soak figs in hot water, so it can be soft in texture..
Then strain all milk, and mash figs. - 2
Put a kadai on slow flame of gas. Add ghee, fry all chopped dryfruits, one by one.. Keep aside in a plate..

In same kadai,now add seedless dates.. Mix well, cook until it turns soft. Now add soaked figs.. Combine well.

Stir constantly, to make a soft dough..

When kadai releases ghee, add chopped dryfruits, cardamom - nutmeg powder, dessicated coconut powder and poppy seeds..

Turn off gas, let mixture be cool a little..
Now make ladoos of same size.
Sprinkle poppy seeds and dessicated coconut powder on it..
Keep in fridge to set well.. - 7
Ready to serve..
Very healthy in winter, if consume daily 1 ladoo, following by hot milk.. - 8
