  1. balsamic dressing
  2. 1/4 cupextra-virgin olive oil
  3. 2 tablespoonsapple cider vinegar
  4. 2 teaspoonshoney
  5. 1/2 teaspoondijon
  6. pinchsalt
  7. salad
  8. 1/4 cupraw walnuts, roughly chopped
  9. 1/8 cupfeta, crumbled (optional)
  10. 1 cupmixed green (i used lettuce and baby spinach)
  11. 1medium apple, sliced

Cooking Instructions

    To prepare the dressing, use a whisk to combine the oil, vinegar, mustard, honey, and salt.

    To assemble the salad, fill a large bowl with the mixed greens, then top them with the apple, walnuts, and feta.

  3. 3

    Just before serving, generously drizzle some of the dressing over the salad and toss well so that everything gets evenly coated.

    You can save any leftover dressing in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
