Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupblenched cabbage
  2. to tasteSalt
  3. 2 tbspoil
  4. 2eggs
  5. 1 tspgreen chilli, garlic and ginger paste
  6. 1chopped onion
  7. as requiredFew chopped coriander leaves
  8. 1green chilli chopped
  9. 1/2 tsphaldi powder
  10. 1 tspred chilli powder

    Finally chopped cabage. Boiled it for 3 minutes. Drain the water. Cool it and coarsely grind it. Once it is dine. Keep aside.

    In a bowl combine, chopped cabbage, haldi powder, red chilli powder, ginger, garlic and green chilli paste, salt, chopped coriander leaves, 2 eggs, gar am masala. Mix,....properly. Heat non-stick pan apply oil in the pan pour egg mixture and spreadly evenly.

    Cover and Cook till it become light brown in color. Take out the lid and flip the omelette till it cooked properly. Once it is done.

    Transfer to a serving plate. Sprinkle red chilli powder and Ready to serve.....Hot.....Cabbage Omelette
