Ingredients

40-45 minutes
4 servings
  1. 1 bunchChopped coriander (instead of parsley)
  2. 3Chopped tomatoes medium sized
  3. 2Chopped white onions medium sized
  4. 1/2 bunchChopped spring onions
  5. 50 gramsDaliya instead of bulgur
  6. 3 tspLime juice
  7. 1/4 tspPepper powder
  8. to tasteSalt
  9. as neededVirgin olive oil to garnish

Cooking Instructions

40-45 minutes
  1. 1

    Soak half cup Dalmiya in hot water for 30 minutes.

    Mix the first four ingredients in a large bowl.

  3. 3

    Add soaked daliya to it, and mix well.
    Add pepper and salt, mix well, and add lime juice to this mixture

  4. 4

    Add olive oil and garnish.
    Tada the yummy Tabbouleh is ready.
