  1. 1 bunchfresh coriander/parsley
  2. 1/2 cupmint leaves
  3. 1/2 cupspring onion
  4. 1tblspn olive oil
  5. 1lemon juice
  6. As per taste Salt
  7. 1/2 tspn White pepper powder
  8. 1tomato
  9. 2 tbspbroken wheat (Bulger)

Cooking Instructions

    Take a broad pan. Add olive oil and lemon juice. Mix it well.

    Chop tomato and mint leaves.

  3. 3

    Add chopped spring onion, soaked Bulger, salt, and pepper.

  4. 4

    Toss everything well. Serve immediately.
