Ingredients

  1. 1.5 cupschopped coriander leaves
  2. 1 tbspchopped mint leaves
  3. 1chopped onion
  4. 2chopped tomatoes
  5. 1 tbspgreen belpepper
  6. 1 tbspred belpepper
  7. 1 tbspyellow belpepper
  8. as per taste salt
  9. 2 tsphoney
  10. 1 tspbutter or olive oil
  11. 1 tbsppomegranate seeds
  12. 1/3 cuppomegranate molasses(homemade)
  13. 1/3 cuppomegranate juice
  14. 1 tbsporange juice
  15. 5orange pieces
  16. 1/3 cupsoaked and boiled chana
  17. 1 tsproasted cumin powder
  18. 2 tbsplemon juice
  19. 1/2 tsptamarind paste
  20. 2 tspmustard sauce
  21. 2 tspsesame seeds (white)

Cooking Instructions

    For molasses add 100 ml pomegranate juice and 100 gm sugar in a bowl and add 2 pieces of lemon and let it come to boil. When sugar will dissolve cook until semi-thick. Keep aside. In a bowl add all ingredients except

    Sesame seeds, orange pieces and some pomegranate seeds. Add pomegranate molasses and mix well. Then decorate with pomegranate seeds, orange pieces and sesame seeds.
