Ingredients

  1. 125 gmWheat Bulgar
  2. 3 tbspsExtra virgin Olive oil
  3. 2 tbspsLemon juice
  4. 1/4 1/26 tbspsSalt onion Parsley & PepperSpring   bunchCucumber ,  peeled ,  finely diced ,  chopped

Cooking Instructions

    Soak the bulgar wheat in boiling water for 30 minutes. Drain well and add olive oil, lemon juice and plenty of seasoning. Do this immediately while the wheat is hot so that it absorbs the maximum flavor.

    Add finely chopped spring onion, cucumber and freshly chopped herb to the bowl. Stir well and check the seasoning. Chill before serving.
