Ingredients

1 serving
  1. 2Frozen Banana
  2. 1/2Apple peeled and sliced
  3. 3-4 Beetroot slices
  4. 1/4 cupYoghurt
  5. 2 tsphoney if needed

Cooking Instructions

5 minutes
  1. 1

    Add frozen Banana, Apple slices, Beetroot (Raw or Blanched as you prefer), Yoghurt or Coconut milk or Almond milk and blend it to a smooth juice and have it immediately.

    You can add honey if you prefer

  3. 3

    Also add the blanched beetroot stock.
