Ingredients

  1. 1 sma1 small Hang curd
  2. 1 small cupGrated cucumber
  3. 1/2 small Fresh coriander leaves
  4. as requiredBread
  5. as requiredSalt pepper & dry mint powder

Cooking Instructions

    The bowl of hang curd put in freezer for 15 min. grate cucumber & squese in a cloth.

    Coriander leaves also pluck by hands.mix salt pepper & mint powder in cucumber.

    Take bread slices & roast them on low flame(hard) like rusk.off the flame.

  4. 4

    Now take out the curd from the freezer. Mix all ingredients proper.

    With help of knife spread the paste on the slices one by one

  6. 6

    Serve it imidetially because roasted slice & chilled material gave such a fantastic taste.
