  1. 3Onion
  2. 2Tomato
  3. 4egg (boiled)
  4. 50 gmGinger
  5. 1 tbspRed chilli
  6. 1 tbspCoriander powder
  7. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  8. to tasteSalt
  9. 2 tbspOil
  10. 1/2 tbspGaram masala
  11. 1Green chilli
  12. 1/2 tspkasuri methi
  13. 1/2 cup water
  14. 50 gmgarlic cloves

Cooking Instructions

    Cut onion and tomatoes and saute it in oil for 10 mins with salt. After saute cool down it and mix it in grinder and gravy is ready.

    Take pan and put oil then put ginger, garlic, red chilli, turmeric saute it properly then put that tomatoes and onion paste stir it well.

    Put egg shell in gravy and than egg yolk your egg curry is ready.
