Ingredients

  1. 2Ripe Bananas
  2. 3/4 cupchilled milk
  3. 3seedless dates

Cooking Instructions

    Peel and chop the bananas.

    Remove the seeds from dates.

  3. 3

    In a blender add chopped banana, dates and 1/4 milk and blend till smooth. Add remaining milk and blend for 2 mins.
