Mix flour and salt into a bowl

Add water and Knead until it forms a firm dough.

Let it rest for 30 min.

Knead again and part the dough into five equal parts

Roll out wide the dough one at a time applying oil to the surface.

Roll the dough into a pipe and cut three equal parts

Press down the pieces to form balls

Roll out each piece

Place your pan on the cooker and let it heat up.

Place your spread out dough on the pan and let one side cook. Turn and spread 1 tbs of oil on the cooked side.
Turn again and spread 1 tbs of oil on the other side. - 11
Let them cook till done

Serve with stew of your choice.
