  3. 1Green Bell Pepper Diced
  4. as neededOil for shallow frying
  5. 1 tsp Chilli Sauce
  6. 1 tbspnSoy Sauce
  7. 1 tbspnTomato Ketchup
  8. 1 TspVinegar
  9. 1Chilli Slit
  10. As per tasteSalt
  11. as per tasteRed chilly powder
  12. 3-4Garlic Cloves Finely Chopped
  13. 2 TbspSpring onions finely chopped
  14. Handfulfreshly chopped coriander leaves
  15. For slurry
  16. 1 TSPCorn Flour
  17. 1 CupWater

    Ingredients -

    Heat oil in a pan. Fry paneer for 2-3 minutes(remove and keep aside). Sauté onions, bell peppers, and garlic for few minutes. Add soy sauce, chili sauce, tomato ketchup, and vinegar, and mix well.

    Add spring onions, chili, salt, and red chilly powder, and fried paneer and mix well. Add cornflour slurry and cook it on low flame for 5 minutes.

    Mix well till it gets dry texture like this. Serve hot and garnish it with freshly chopped coriander leaves.
