Cooking Instructions

Marination:
1. Take raw chicken lollipop pieces in a mixing bowl
2. Put chilli powder, ginger garlic paste, Salt, Kashmiri red chilli powder. Tandoori chicken masala
3. mix it well and leave it for min 30 to 40 mins for marination
4. You can keep it in fridge - 2
Frying :
1. Take chicken bowl from fridge
2. Put one egg and 2 spoon of corn flour
3. Mix it properly
4. Put pan on stove and pour oil in it more than half of vessel should be filled with oil
5. Let oil be heated on a high flame
6 once oil is very hot, put chicken lollipop with proper coating in oil one by one
7. Lower the flame and let the chicken cook properly
8. Remove it once it's golden brown
9. Chicken lollipop is ready to be served.
