Low Sugar: Bean Sprouts, Cucumber, Ham, with Sesame

cookpad.japan @cookpad_jp
It's a delicious, fun, and easy recipe!
If you're not worried about the sugar content, I recommend adding more sesame seeds. The profile photo is with white sesame seeds, but black sesame would also be delicious. Tuna, chikuwa (fish paste sticks), crab sticks, normal ham would also work, but consider the sugar contents when substituting. Recipe by Ao3150

Crispy Light Bean Sprouts and Crispy Browned Egg with Sweet Vinegar Sauce Crispy Light Bean Sprouts and Crispy Browned Egg with Sweet Vinegar Sauce
I wanted to make a dish using simple ingredients. This was cheap and easy yet delicious, so it's become a family favorite.1 bag of bean spouts will result with lots of sauce, which is enough for 2 to 3 servings. If you want to increase the servings, use 2 bags. You can double the volume for just 50 yen or so, so it's an economical dish. Just increase the bean sprouts to 2 bags and use the same amounts of the other ingredients.Since this is a Chinese style dish, cook the egg over high heat until browned. The base ingredients are so inexpensive, yet this is a very elegant tasting dish. For 2 to 3 servings. Recipe by Usagyo cookpad.japan -

Spinach with Sesame Oil - Korean Side Dish, Low Carb Spinach with Sesame Oil - Korean Side Dish, Low Carb
I love eating side dishes when I go to Korean restaurants. I even asked a Korean person for the recipe. Recently, I've started eating low-carb, so this recipe is sugar-free but tastes very similar to the regular version. Make a big batch and store it in the fridge to enjoy for several days. ครัวนุ้งแคทTranslated from Cookpad Thailand
