Wanted to have something healthy for a evening snack so tried this recipe which one of friend makes .Please try its delicious and healthy.

Ingredients

  1. 150 gramspaneer
  2. 1Capsicum ,
  3. 1 tomato
  4. 1 onion
  5. 1 carrot
  6. As neededMasala: oregano, black pepper, red chilli powder and salt

Cooking Instructions

    Finely Chop all the veggies, for onions please peel off like in kadhai paneer

    Chop paneer cubes and keep aside

  3. 3

    Take a pan, pour 1 tbs of olive oil and add paneer cubes and saute, after 5mins add rest of the veggies and mix well, let is cook for 2-3 mins,add 1/2 tbs oregano, 1/2 tbs black pepper, 1/2 tbs red chilli and salt as per taste.
