Ingredients

  1. 1 cupwheat flour
  2. 1 cupoats
  3. 1 cupcoconut powder
  4. 1 cupbutter at room temperature, soft but not melted
  5. 1/ 2 table spoon baking powder
  6. 1/ 2 table spoon baking soda
  7. 1 cuppowder sugar
  8. 3 table spoonmilk powder
  9. 3-4 table spoonlukewarm milk

    1. Take butter in a mixing bowl.
    2. Whisk it for 2 to 3 mins and spread it
    3. Add powder sugar and mix it with butter, whisk till the colour turns to cremish
    4. Add wheat flour, oats, coconut powder, milk powder, baking powder and soda and mix it properly with butter an sugar mixture
    5. Try to bind it add milk incase it's not coming together
    6. Put this in fridge for 15 mins

    7. Grease tray, Make small ball and slight press to flatten it.. Don't flatten it much as it will be done automatically while baking
    8. Place it on tray and bake in pretty heated oven at 170 degree for 20 to 25 mins
    9. Remove the tray from oven once done and keep it aside for 5 mins as cookies are soft and may break
    10. Once it cools down in 5 mins it will become little hard or crunchy, remove cookies and keep it on wire rack for 10 to 15 mins to cool down completely
    11. Cookies are ready
