Caramalised banana and peanut butter toast

This is a nice kick start breakfast option. It's hardly a 10 minutes recipe.. always handy when you are in hurry..
Moreover it is very yummy with different textures... banana adds to the taste as well as nutritional value.

Cooking Instructions
- 1
Arrange the ingredients.
Slice the banana into circular shape.
Coarsely break the nuts. - 2
Heat and pan. Put butter on the bread generously. Toast it. Do not make very hard. Well I don't like it very hard.
- 3
Place the toasted breads on a plate. Put peanut butter on each bread nicely.
- 4
Next place a pan, put sugar and keep the heat at slow. The sugar starts melting.
- 5
As sugar starts to melt, add ghee/ butter into it and mix.
- 6
As sugar gets caramalised, add the banana slices. Switch the flame off. Be careful with the perfect timing else if sugar caramalises more it will taste bitter.
Stir mix carefully, so that the banana gets nicely coated.
Now add the nuts and mix all gently. - 7
- 8
- 9
Now when it is hot, put the caramelized banana and nuts on the toast and spread evenly.
- 10
It's ready serve immediately..
Enjoy...it's super yummy...have it with anar juice. - 11

Peanut Butter & Banana Toast Peanut Butter & Banana Toast
This is a combination of two of my favorites: peanut butter, which I have eaten for years, and banana. This is high in calories, so enjoy as an occasional treat!Try it with chunky peanut butter. The sweetness of banana and the saltiness of peanut butter go really well together. The chunky kind gives a great texture. Add cinnamon powder or cinammon sugar to your liking.
