Ingredients

  1. 5kakrol cut into thin slices
  2. 1/2 tsphaldi powder
  3. 1 tspred chilli powder
  4. 1 tbsppoppy seeds and mustard seeds (soak in Lukewarm water)
  5. 4green chilli (chopped)
  6. 1 tspginger, green chilli and garlic paste
  7. leavesFew chopped coriander
  8. 2 tbspmustard oil
  9. as per tasteSalt

Cooking Instructions

    Wash kakrol properly. Take out the skin and cut into thin slices. Once it is done. Keep aside. Heat oil in Kadai fry 1 tsp cumin seeds for few minutes then add chopped onion fry till it is light brown in colour. Then add haldi powder, red chilli powder, 1 tsp ginger, garlic and green chilli paste.

    Mix....well. Add salt and the poppy seeds and mustard seeds paste. Mix....well then add water as needed. Boil the curry till the vegetables become tender and gravy.

    Boil the curry till vegetables become tender and gravy. Once it is done.

    Transfer to a serving Kadai. Garnish with fried curry leaves. Serve....with steam...rice.....
