Ingredients

  1. 2 cupcoarsly grinded Wheat flour
  2. 1/4 cupcoarsly grinded besan
  3. 1/4 cupsooji
  4. 1 cupmelted ghee
  5. 1/2 cupLukewarm milk
  6. 1/2ttsp. Nutmeg powder
  7. 2 tbsp.Coarsly grinded Almond powder
  8. 4-5pc.Cardamom powder
  9. 1/2 cupjeggary
  10. as required Oil for fry

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Mix all flour in a parat. Add 1/4cup ghee. Mix well. (Check it mutthi moin.)
    Now add milk and knead a tight dough. And make a muthiya.(If need add lukewarm water)

    Heat oil in a pan. And fry muthiya on a mid. flame.
    Allow it to cool on a room temp.
    Churn all muthiya in a mixie jar when it warm.And make like a flour.

    Now take jeggary in a pan and melt on a slow flame. Add 1/4cup ghee and stir cont. Till mixture merged. And add in a muthiya flour. Chopped almond and add in a mixture. Add nut meg powder cardamom powder and rest of ghee. Mix it well.

    Make a mid. Size balls. Press in a mould. And demould. Get a nice desisgn equal size Ladoo.
    Delicious Authantic Churma Ladoo is ready For Bappa Bhog.
